14-Day Return Policy
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days for a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date
- Product must be in its original condition, unused, and with all tags attached
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided
- All parts and accessories must be included with the return
Non-Returnable Items
- Products that have been used, worn, or washed
- Items without original packaging
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Products that have been installed or assembled
Return Process
- Contact our customer service team via WhatsApp or email to initiate your return
- Provide your order details and reason for return
- We will provide you with return instructions and authorization
- Package the item securely in its original packaging
- Ship the item back to us using the provided instructions
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange
Refund Information
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return
- The refund will be issued to your original payment method
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
- For exchanges, we will ship the replacement item once we receive your return
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please take a picture and contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost to you.

Our Story
M. Wajeeh Traders began with a simple dream from a young entrepreneur. Inspired by platforms like Foodpanda and Daraz, I started dreaming about this business when I was just 9-11 years old.
What started as a childhood idea has now become a reality! I officially launched M. Wajeeh Traders in August 2025, starting with just a few products from my mother's support. Now, I'm building my own online store to serve customers across Pakistan.

I'm a 13-14 year old teenager from Lahore, Pakistan. While most kids my age are playing games, I'm building a business! I handle everything myself - from product selection to customer service.
